Built for efficiency, trust, and speed, Ontime replaces unreliable informal referrals with a streamlined, trackable service delivery platform.
The Challenge
In urban communities, reliable access to service professionals—like plumbers or electricians—is often inconsistent and unregulated. Common challenges included:
- No centralized place to book trusted, verified providers
- Price ambiguity and cash-only payments
- No job tracking, customer reviews, or service ratings
- Service providers lacked digital tools to manage jobs
- Consumers had no accountability recourse
